Do Seamless Aluminium Gutters cost much more than PVC gutters?
No, surprisingly they don't. You should also consider the low maintenance and 10 year guarantee against rust, peeling and corrosion on our seamless aluminium gutters, compared to the ongoing maintenance of PVC gutters. There are 7 colours to choose from, can you match the downpipes to the gutters in colour?
Yes we can. You pick the colour of your gutters and if need be we can paint your downpipes the same colour.
How long does it take to install seamless aluminium gutters and downpipes?
On an average 3 or 4 bedroom house, the job is usually completed in less than a day.
Are your quotes really free?
Yes, all you need to do is provide us with your address, make sure someone is there to let us onto the property and we can measure up and provide you with a quote later that same day by email, fax or over the phone. If you are outside of the South Coast area (i.e. Harding, Kokstad, etc.) please contact Trevor and he can arrange a quote via measurements, or he will tie in a visit when he is working in the area.
What does the 10 year guarantee cover?
You are given a 10 year guarantee against rusting, corrosion, flaking or peeling, in respect of the Hulamin aluminium gutters provided by Hibiscus Gutters. We also offer a 3 year guarantee on workmanship.
Can you install in areas away from the South Coast?
Please contact us so that we may discuss your requirements further. Our pricing varies according to several criteria on further a field jobs, such as accessibility, height of work and travel distance.
How much do seamless aluminium gutters cost in South Africa?

Are seamless aluminium gutters better than PVC gutters?

Yes. Hibiscus Gutters offers 7 colour options, and downpipes can be painted to match the gutter colour where needed.

Do I need to replace fascias before installing new gutters?
Not always, but damaged, rotten, or weathered fascias should be repaired or replaced before new gutters are installed. A strong gutter system needs a sound roof edge to attach to.
Can gutters connect to water tanks?
Yes. A well-installed gutter and downpipe system can help direct rainwater into a storage tank for rainwater harvesting.
